Netherlands lead Uruguay
The first goal of the game from Van Bronckhorst from the left hand side of the field about 30 yards out and shot in a corner goal.
This is Bronckhost's first FIFA world Cup goal.
The first chance of a break came from Dutch striker Aren Robben just four minutes into play and created space, but the ball was palmed by the Uruguay goalkeeper before Robben fired a volley narrowly over the bar.
Uruguay players are sticking close to their game-plan and sticking close to Robben whenever he has the ball, as he was instrumental in Netherlands second round victory.
Soccer pundits said that whoever scored the first goal in this game is expected to win as neither side has ever lost at the World Cup when leading at half time.
Netherlands have 14 wins and drawn two while Uruguay have won 10 and drawn one.
Looking at the second semi-final, Spain will take on Germany at 6.30am tomorrow.
