The Fiji netball team is now relying on the experience of Majorie Parr, Talei Bari, Matelita Shaw and captain Mere Rabuka to guide the side in the semi-final of the bottom 8 of the World Netball Championship.

After yesterday's 58 goals to 37 win against Scotland where Coach Vilimaina Davu used Parr and Rabuka to lead the defense with Shaw and Maria Bereso upfront, the side was able to control play in all of the quarters of the game.

Today in the semi-final for the 9th and 16th play-offs Fiji will take on Wales at 3.10pm.

In the main 1/4 finals England plays Malawi at 1.10pm, Australia is up against Cook Islands at 3.10pm, while Jamaica faces Samoa at 5.10pm and in the last game defending champion New Zealand will take on South Africa at 7.10pm.
