"No alcohol, stick to the diet plan or you lose your place for Singapore".

These are sentiments echoed by Fiji Netball Coach Gabrielle Qoro as he spoke to the girls at training this week.

Qoro added that the World Netball Championships in Singapore is just 7 months away and if the girls consume alcohol and not follow proper diet requirements, than it will take time to get back in form.

He stressed this will discipline them as there are other girls on stand-by who are all eager to make it into the national team.

Netball Fiji is aiming to collect $650,000 from their campaign to help in their preparations for Singapore.
