Netball Fiji will be lodging their players’ visas this week with the Australian High Commission as they prepare for a warm-up tour to Australia in a fortnight's time.

President Wainikiti Bogidrau confirmed that only two members of the tour party have military connections, however, they will still fill their visa forms and will await the outcome.

The tour of Australia will begin on March 20th with some league teams and former coach Megan Simpson and Margaret Corbett are assisting with logistics.

She said Netball Fiji has so far raised $300,000 and are currently revising their strategies and will look into sourcing the other $350,000.

Bogidrau added that all preparations are on track and the girls are focused on their effort to maintain their World standing.
