Netball Fiji and Mai TV have mutually agreed to end the exclusive television coverage contract that existed between the two parties for coverage of all netball matches in Fiji.

This was a contract signed by previous netball executives for a period of 36 months, to be reviewed annually, from June 19th 2009.

Interim Netball Fiji President Wainikiti Bogidrau said the association is grateful to Mai TV's CEO, Richard Broadbridge for accommodating the request from the association to revoke the deal.

Bogidrau added that this would pursue a smart partnership with other media organisations to ensure that netball gets the coverage it deserves.
