Netball Fiji officials are keeping their fingers crossed that there will be no hiccups with Fiji Under-21 goal shooter Sisilia Sorby's visa application for their tour of New Zealand.
Fiji Netball President, Milika Munivai said that Sorby who has links with the military, is a new find for Suva in the New Year, and has shown a lot of determination during training and Munivai hopes that she will not become a victim of the political agenda between Fiji and New Zealand.
Munivai added the Netball Fiji officials will meet again this weekend before lodging their visas next week.
The team is scheduled for a 10-day tour to New Zealand at the end of the month, meeting up with top provincial teams in New Zealand.
