Negotiations are continuing with the Grand Pacific Hotel and Momi Bay Resort projects.
This has been confirmed by Fiji National Provident Fund chief executive Aisake Taito who said it will be better for everyone once the deals have been completed.
The GPH is up for sale while the Momi Bay Resort Project was auctioned early last month for $41 million.
The FNPF is right now negotiating a higher price with interested parties.
