Close to 8,000 people have witnessed the opening rounds of National Football League matches over the weekend.
National Football League board Chairman, Sheik Ibrahim said gate takings will be shared by the district teams from the seven matches that were played at Subrail Park, Churchill Park and Lawaqa Park.
Ba leads the points table with six points after wins over Nadroga and Lautoka.
Suva also has six points and is behind on goal difference while Nadi is third with four points.
