The Flying Fijians suffered a major setback ahead of their Europe Tour campaign after Waisea Nayacalevu was ruled out because of injury.

Team Manager Joe Brown confirmed that Nayacalevu did not pass a medical test and they are awaiting a replacement which head coach Inoke Male is arranging from within.

Brown added all of the other overseas players have arrived in camp with Api Naikatini expected to join the team later tonight.

The Flying Fijians will play Portugal in their first match next Sunday before playing Italy on the 17th then Romania on the 24th of next month.

Their last match is against the Barbarians on the 1st of December.

Meanwhile, in other International test matches this weekend, the All Blacks will meet Japan at 6:30pm on Saturday and England will host the Wallabies at 4:30am Sunday.
