The Kadavu Provincial Council Chairman has stressed that he saw no reason to consult with the Provincial Council members before joining the National Council for Building a Better Fiji because he feels that he made the right decision.
Although some members of the province have questioned Ratu Josateki Nawalowalo's decision, he said it is necessary to be part of the People's Charter process as it would be too late when the document is passed.
Nawalowalo also said the invitation was sent to him by President, Ratu Josefa Iloilo and he could not refuse the proposal.
