The Navua soccer team has created history in the Courts Homecentre IDC as they lead Lautoka 2-nil in the final.
The side has not reached any final or tasted a win for 71 years in the IDC.
Navua scored in the 4th minute of the first half through Alvin Avinesh.
Soccer commentator Raymond Stoddart said the goal slip through the hands of Lautoka goalkeeper Alifereti Baleiloa.
7 minutes later in a similar move Shalesh Kumar increased Navua's lead to 2 goals to nil.
In other results for the primary school division, Lautoka beat Labasa 1-nil, secondary school DAV Ba defeated Tilak High School 6-5 in penalty shoot-out.
In the senior division Dreketi beat Nadogo 1-nil.
