The Navua soccer team remains in contention for the National Soccer League title this season.
The Gurjeet Singh coached side defeated Suva 1-0 at the TFL National Stadium last night.
Navua, now have 34 points and is six points behind the leaders Lautoka, who have 40 points.
Both the teams now have four more games to play and it is expected the National League title decider may go down to the wire.
Meanwhile, reigning champions Ba are now sitting in third place with 32 points after having played 16 games and will not be able to defend their title.
The National League games will continue this weekend.
