Navua soccer association will be taking the Alvin Avinesh saga to the Fiji FA Arbitration.
It is believed that Fiji FA has given a free release to Avinesh to play for Lautoka this season.
Lautoka soccer disputed the claim by Navua soccer that they will have to pay $12,000 for the release of Avinesh.
Fiji FA allowed Avinesh to play for Lautoka in the CVC series after Lautoka disputed the claim and put the $12,000 in Fiji FA.
But after the BOC meeting, Fiji FA decided to give him the free release.
Navua soccer president Anil Sharma said Fiji FA has made a wrong decision.
Meanwhile Lautoka soccer president Shalen Prasad is happy with the decision made by Fiji FA, and said the $12,000 they had put in Fiji FA will now return to Lautoka soccer.
Efforts to get a comment from Fiji Fa President Doctor Samsud Dean Sahu Khan on this matter proved futile.
