The Navua soccer team will know their fate within the next two hours when the Fiji Football Association will make its ruling on Navua's protest against Nadroga in the Courts IDC.

The hearing of the protest will started this evening at the soccer Academy in Ba and a decision is expected later.

Navua lodged the protest after its match against Nadroga where both teams were locked nil-all.

According to the Fiji FA, Navua officials claim that Koshmick Kumar was not eligible to feature for Nadroga as he is a contracted player with US based Sacramento United.

According to Navua officials, a player cannot feature for a club unless his contract with the previous club expires or is terminated.

Should Navua win the protest, the team will play Lautoka in the semi-finals of the Courts IDC on Sunday.

The semi-finals and final of the Courts IDC will be played this Sunday at the TFL stadium and the commentaries of all matches with the final of the Premier Division can be heard on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
