A Navua man charged with four counts of defiling a fifteen year old girl will be sentenced next Tuesday in the Navua Court.
The man was today found guilty by Suva Magistrate Mesake Wakanivonoloa on all charges and has been remanded in custody.
The girl revealed in Court during the trial that she was raped for the first time by the accused on 27th December 2007.
It was also revealed in Court the man is related to the girl and was married during the time of the incident.
The girl was defiled when she was between thirteen and sixteen years of age on four occasions.
