The Navua Soccer Team suffered a blow with just nine days away from the start of the Courts Homecentres IDC.

Captain Pene Erenio and defender Rajneel Chand are out with injuries and have been told to rest for at least one week.

Navua Soccer Coach Gurjeet Singh said with these two players out, they have had problems in training and are hoping for early recovery.

Singh said like other teams, they have also secured the services of three overseas based players who will be joining the side in camp next week.

New Zealand based Salesh Kumar, Chea Bunce and Matthew Williams have been registered with the Navua side.

The Fiji Fact champions are the only Super Premier team, that has not won the IDC title since it started in 1938.
