The Navosa rugby team is relying on home-crowd support to boost their performance in their Digicel Cup match against Ovalau this weekend.

On paper, Ovalau look good to beat Navosa after having won two of the five matches, and Navosa is yet to record a victory.

Navosa team secretary, Ropate Labalaba said they are at the bottom of the points table, and they have told the boys that they to win this match to restore some pride and confidence in the side.

The Navosa/Ovalau match kicks off at 4pm on Friday at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.

In other Digicel Cup matches, on Saturday at 3pm, Nadi take on at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka, Lautoka host Tavua at Churchill Park, Namosi meet Northland at Thompson Park and Tailevu take on Rewa at Ratu Cakobau Park.

Meanwhile, the lone game on Friday at 6pm will see Suva host Naitasiri at the TFL stadium and you can catch a live commentary of the match on our sister station, Viti FM.
