Nausori Police are investigating the death of a 29 year old man of Bau Island whose body was found in a drain yesterday morning.
Regional Crime Officer Eastern, ASP Arthur White has confirmed that there were some facial and body injuries found on the victim and they are now awaiting the post mortem report.
He was last seen drinking grog with some of his friends.
His body was found by a villager who was on his way home.
A post mortem is expected to be conducted tomorrow.
