A decision on whether Natural Waters of Viti Limited is entitled to export its containers of Fiji Water, which are sitting at the Lautoka Wharf, is now expected to be delivered in the Lautoka High court tomorrow morning.

As High Court Judge Justice Jocyln Scutt was expected to make a ruling on the injunction sought by Natural Waters against the Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority in Suva yesterday, both counsels raised further legal arguments and Judge Scutt allowed more submissions to be made.

The hearing ended at around 7pm and Judge Scutt informed both parties that she will deliver her judgment in the Lautoka High Court at 9am tomorrow.

Natural Waters filed an injunction seeking court orders, which include that the Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority give the all clear, for its containers of Fiji Water sitting at the Lautoka Whalf, to be exported.
