Utilizing our natural resources to better prepare seafood will save a lot of money especially for those living in rural areas.
Those were the words of Gabriel Titili the facilitator of the one week workshop currently being held at the USP, which is aimed at helping increase food security to help reduce poverty among women engaged in fish handling and selling.
Titili said many people often forget that there is an abundance of raw materials around us that could be better utilized to help our everyday life, which is also cheaper.
The workshop attended by women from around the country will end on Friday.
