The Natural Waters of Fiji Limited today made submissions requesting orders from the court, that they be allowed to export water without paying a bond or any more money to ship products overseas.

Defense Counsel Richard Naidu said FIRCA had submitted their court order that every case of water, Natural Water has to pay US$5 to court. So Natural Waters of Fiji provided a bank bond of $5 million. However, FIRCA is now calling for a higher cost.

Meanwhile, Justice Jocelyn Scutt adjourned the case to Thursday where FIRCA lawyer Michael Scott will make his submissions.
