The high court today extended Natural Waters of Viti's permission to continue exporting Fiji Water. The original agreement saw the company pay FIRCA a 5-million dollar bond in an unsettled tax dispute before the Courts, which had halted an earlier shipment.
The case has been adjourned to Monday.
