The National soccer team to the Pacific games in Samoa will be leaving earlier than scheduled as their competition kicks off on the opening day of the tournament.
Speaking to Village sports Chef De Mission Patrick Bower said that these changes have caused them to reschedule their flight bookings as they will not be taking charter flights to Samoa.
Bower added that almost ninety-five percent of the athletes have had their medical tests done with only a handful of overseas based players left.
Team Fiji will be leaving our shores on August 24th and the games officially open on August 25th.
