The Digicel Fiji 7's team's preparation for the first IRB 7's series in Dubai is on track after winning the Sri-Lanka 7's beating the South Africa Vipers 38-12.

Boosted with the return of Willim Ryder the side scored 3 tries in the first half to Niumaia Cakacaka, Ryder and Osea Kolinisau to lead 19-7.

In the second spell, Fiji maintained their supremacy with three more tries to Cakacaka while Kolinisau grabbed a double.

Fiji is in Pool B with Scotland, Zimbabwe and Samoa.

The Dubai 7's kicks-off this Friday at 6.20pm between Fiji and Scotland.
