The International Management Golf Services now claims that the Natadola Beach Resort Limited is breaching earlier agreements by going ahead with the 18 hole Heritage golf course at Natadola.
Solicitor for IMG services, Renee Lal said since the contract of Fiji's international golfer, Vijay Singh was terminated by NBRL, and there should be no attempt to use Singh golf course design.
NBRL chairman Felix Anthony had earlier said that the golf course is almost complete and he expects it to be opened by May 2008 with the bridges, walkways, rock walls and the golf club to be completed by September, 2008.
Anthony is expected to comment later.
