Natadola Golf Course opened
While opening the world class golf course in Natadola this morning, Vice President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau revealed that he has been informed that the intercontinental resort is running at full occupancy.
Ratu Epeli also revealed that there has been immense interest shown in hosting a golf championship on the new course which would be bigger than the one that gets underway tomorrow.
The Vice President also took the opportunity to highlight that Fiji today is at a crossroad of determining its future and stressed the importance of valuing diversity and honoring the differences between its people.
Ratu Epeli said Fiji cannot be transformed and the people become united unless and until we have a common bond, goal and vision and a true sense of unity and identity.
He also said that Natadola is a shining example of how landowners can reap the benefits from their land as he urged landowners of Fiji to make productive and commercial use of their land.
