Natabua High school continues their dominance in the boys division of the Lautoka Zone as it continues today.

Natabua leads with 8 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze after day one followed by Saint Thomas High School with 4 gold, 4 silver and 3 silver

In third place is Ba Provincial Freebird Institute with 3 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze.

In the girls division Jasper Williams High School with Nadarivatu sisters Mereseini Naidau and Sereima Liku leads with 7 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze, followed by Natabua High School with 6 gold, 2 silver and 7 bronze. 

St Thomas High School is third with 3 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze.

Meanwhile, Natabua High School student Leone Natusa successfully defended his senior boys 100 metres title yesterday.

Natusa who finished 4th at the Coca Cola games blue ribbon event last year clocked a time of 11.31 seconds.
 
Meanwhile, Lautoka Muslim College student Taniela Kepa caused the major upset of day one after winning the intermediate boys 100 metres final with a time of 11.53 seconds beating favorite Ashneel Dutt of Tilak High School who settle for silver.
