The former Director of Strategic Air Services Limited charged with 38 counts of Fraudulent Conversion appeared in the Nadi Magistrates court this morning.
56 year old Watisoni Nata is alleged to have fraudulently converted $570,799 from June 1999 to 2005 from the company, while being employed as the Director.
No plea was taken and Magistrate Mohammed Ajmeer has transferred the case to the Lautoka High court where it will be called on 12th of next month.
He has been ordered to surrender all his travel documents to the court by this afternoon.
