Investigations against Assistant Police Commissioner Crime Nasir Ali are expected to be completed in the next few days.

Deputy Police Commissioner Eroni Antonio told Village News this morning that Ali returned to work early this week but his official vehicle has still not been given to him.

Antonio who is heading the investigations has also revealed that some other officers together with ACP Ali have also been implicated in the allegations leveled against him.

The Deputy Commissioner has also confirmed that they have to look at all the avenues before deciding on their next step.

Ali is under investigation following complaints from members of the strike back team that they were sent on leave for not following his orders.

A Police Support officer also complained against Ali saying that he was unlawfully detained at the Central Police Station charge room following orders from Ali.
