Police have confirmed that Assistant Commissioner of Police Crime Nasir Ali is under investigation and his vehicle has been taken from him.
Assistant Public Relations Officer Corporal Suliano Tevita confirms Ali's official vehicle has been seized by police officers and is parked at the Police headquarters in Nasinu.
Tevita refused to give details about the investigations and referred all questions to Deputy Commissioner of Police Eroni Antonio.
Antonio is expected to reveal more about the investigations being carried out later this morning.
