The Nasinu Secondary School under 18 team will be going into this year’s Coke Zero Deans quarterfinals as underdogs.
Nasinu will face the western zone champion Ratu Navula who is rated as the favorites in the under 18 category this year.
Ratu Navula’s outstanding performance in the western zone has been a threat to top schools who a vying for the Deans title.
Nasinu Under 18 team Manager Marika Sovaki said they have learnt a lot after losing to AOG in the final of the Southern Zone last week.
Sovaki added that eight of their players were survivors from last year’s under 18 squad.
Only one quarterfinal has been confirmed in the Under 18 where Nasinu will play Ratu Navula College.
Meanwhile, the Eastern Zone under 18 final will be between Queen Victoria School and Ratu Kadavulevu School at the Sila Central College ground this Saturday.
