Nasinu U14 upset Suva in Kaji rugby
It was a sweet avenge of last year's defeat where Nasinu lost to the capital city side in the final.
Nasinu coach Sikeli Vosai-lagi said his players stuck to the game plan and the morale is high in camp but they will play each game like it's the final.
The Suva U-10 side also lost their first game to Moturuki 7-0 while the U-9 beat Northland 12-0.
In the under 14 grade results, Namosi edged Nasinu 7-5, Macuata beat Highlanders 7-5, and Tailevu thrashed Vatukola 19-0.
Lautoka beat Tailevu 7-0 in the U 13 which also saw Nadi 1 thrashed Natasiri South 10 nil and Northland thumped Kadavu.
Meanwhile, some of the results from the Milo Kaji Netball tournament.
In the Under-9 grade, Nadi 1 beat Rewa 7-0.
In the under 11 grade Suva thrashed Serua 6-2, Lautoka 1 thumped Rewa 19-1.
In the under 13 grade, Nadroga and Highlanders drew 8-all while Lautoka 1 thrashed Northland 14-7.
