The Nasinu soccer association is pleading for support from other districts to oppose the move to demote two teams from the Super Premier Division next year.
Nasinu which has been known as the "Giant Killers" in Fiji soccer, may play its last Courts IDC next month and should the decision remain to demote two teams to Premier Division, a Nasinu team may also not be alive from next year.
Secretary, Ritesh Pal said his boys are training for the IDC tournament, however a number of things still remain uncertain regarding their future.
Nasinu will move a motion in the Fiji Football Association Annual General meeting to keep ten teams in the Super Premier Division next year.
According to Pal, some major soccer associations have vowed to support Nasinu's plea.
