The Nasinu Secondary school in Kinoya has turned 30 years old today since its inception in 1980. Former and current students from overseas and locals are celebrating this milestone today.

First Headgirl of the school, Adi Samanunu Lalabalavu said the school was first constructed by the Government to cater for students from the outer islands and rural schools.

Lalabalavu said to mark the celebrations, the old scholars got together with the Parents and Teachers Association and decided that the school should have a chapel for the students.
