The Nasinu Primary school is holding their golden jubilee celebrations and is urging members of the public to join them in raising funds for school students.

The celebrations started on Thursday at the school and will finish tonight.

Organising Committee Chairman, Mansoor Ahmad said the school needs some urgent maintenance to its infrastructure, and the money collected through this celebration will be used to upgrade the facilities for the students.

Ahmad adds they also are intending to help those students facing problems in paying school fees and bringing lunch to school.

The three day celebrations end tonight at the Nasinu Primary school grounds.
