The Digicel Fiji 7s Coach Iliesa Tanivula is likely to use Stormers wing Sireli Naqelevuki from the bench in the opening pool match against Portugal early tomorrow morning.

Naqelevuki is the most experienced player in the team, when he replaces injured duo Seremaia Burotu and Niumaia Cakacaka. Although he has not played 7s rugby for a while, he has speed, the talent and the confidence to boost Fiji's chances of winning in South Africa this weekend.

Tanivula believes Naqelevuki will adapt quickly and will use him as an impact player from the first match.

Tanivula also highlighted that the team is ready to get back on the field and preparation so far has been good.

Fiji's likely line-up against Portugal - William Ryder, Emosi Vucago, Pio Tuwai, Osea Kolinisau, Lepani Nabuliwaqa, Watisoni Votu and Apisai Naiyabo.

The match against Portugal will start tomorrow morning at 12.10. Fiji's next match against Russia will be at 3:16am and their last pool match against Australia will be at 7:16 tomorrow morning.
