The financial difficulties they face in travelling to Suva and being away from home for the past two weeks will not stop the Napuka Secondary School U-17 team from trying to get a Tier 1 spot next year.

The Cakaudrove based school is the only new comer to the Coca Cola Deans competition this season and will face Natabua in the Tier 2 final this Saturday.

Technical adviser Manu Safifi said they have spent close to $8,000 dollars during this competition and will not want to go back to Vanualevu empty handed.

The other two Northern division teams in the final are All Saints Secondary who will be playing Marist in the Tier 2 U-19 final and Savusavu Secondary School will also play in the U-18 final.

The Tier 2 final from the U-14 grades will start on Saturday at 9am at the TFLstadium.

The Tier 1 final will be held next Saturday at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
