Namosi Provincial Holdings has welcomed the intervention of Interim Prime Minister and Acting Interim Finance Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama in relation to the rent owed by the Ministry of Health for occupying the Namosi House over the last 5 months.
Company Chairman Kinivialiame Taukeinikoro said Bainimarama intervened 2 days before leaving for the Beijing Olympics after former Interim Finance Minister, Mahendra Chaudhry ordered that all government rent will be reviewed.
Taukenikoro said the tenancy agreement is expected to be signed this week.
