Simone Nalatu qualifies to play for Fiji at the Pacific Cup Series that kicks off in the Cook Islands tomorrow.

These are sentiments echoed by "Friends of Netball Fiji" co-ordinator Wainikiti Bogidaru.

Bogidrau added that coach Unaisi Rokoura and manager Sai Khalik called her last night for assistance as the tournament organisers wanted the Fiji team to prove that both Nalatu's parents were born in Fiji.

Bogidrau confirmed that she has e-mailed the documents to the management team, and there is proof in the birth certificate that her dad hails from Sawau in Beqa, and both her parents were born in Fiji.

Meanwhile, coach Rokoura said that Nalatu is very keen to play for Fiji and is expected to join the team at the hotel this afternoon.
