Nakauvadra High School from Rakiraki is not coming to the Coca-Cola Games just to make up the numbers but to return with something in the bag.
The athletes of Nakauvadra have struggled in their preparations and had to fund raise with the help of athletes parents, they were able to go in camp for a few days.
Schools Athletics coach Akuila Bolobolo said they are aiming to do better than last year.
Bolobolo said they have some good track and field athletes that can surprise many at the Games.
Nakauvadra High School will rely heavily on Epeli Batisila to win two gold medals in the Intermediate Boys 800 and 1500 meters finals.
Batisila won two gold medals while competing in the junior division last year.
The Coca-Cola Games will start tomorrow at the TFL National Stadium.
