This is the tournament that many players always dream to play in but the Rugby World Cup for Vodafone Flying Fijians second rower Leone Nakarawa is about making his family proud and fighting for his country.

Speaking to Fijivillage this morning, Nakarawa said every time he enters the field to play for Fiji, he will make sure he gives his best.

The 27-year-old was the top try scorer in the Pacific Nations Cup.

Nakarawa was also the ‘Man of the Match’ for the Glasgow Warriors in the PRO D12 final over Munster this year.

Meanwhile, forwards coach Frans Ludeke and scrum coach Allen Muir are satisfied with the improvements shown by the forwards in the past few days.

The Flying Fijians leave for England at the end of this month.

Fiji is pooled with England, Australia, Wales and Uruguay.

They will play a warm up match against Canada on the 6th of next month before taking on England in Twickenham in the opening match of the Rugby World Cup at 7am Saturday 19th September.
