The Naitasiri Highlander’s effort to wrestle the Farebrother Cup away was unsuccessful as Tailevu kept the cup after a 10-6 victory yesterday.

Tailevu will now face Suva in their third defense of the Cup next week.

Meanwhile, the Rewa 15's rugby team will play in the major division from next season.

The B Division champions yesterday defeated Vatukoula in the Promotion Relegation series by 24 points to 13. The loss now sees Vatukoula being demoted to the B-Division.

Rewa team captain, Tevita Deve says they are ready to take on the giants in the major division such as Nadroga, Suva, Nadi and Naitasiri.
