Naitasiri one win away from home semi final
The Reverend Joji Rinakama coached side is a win away from booking a home semifinal and finishing first in the points table which will also guarantee the $5,000 dollars prize money for the team that finishes on the number 1 spot.
Naitasiri with two games in hand have 38 points and a win against Namosi, which is last on the points table will just be enough for them to win the number 1 position.
Naitasiri coach, Joji Rinakama said that playing Namosi away from home is not a concern to him as they have defeated defending champion Nadroga in their home turf in Lawaqa Park and last week managed to beat Navosa up in the hills of Keiyasi.
The other cash prizes for the Digicel Cup will be in the final where the winner will receive $17,000 dollars and the runner up gets $5,000 dollars.
Naitasiri will travel to Thompson Park to take on Namosi on Saturday and in the feature game of the week at Prince Charles Park, Nadi will host Suva and it will kick-off at 3pm.
