The Chairman of the Naitasiri Provincial Council has reiterated their stance against the draft Charter and the team visiting the province next week will see that the people have not changed their minds.
When questioned on why the NCBBF team was allowed in to carry out consultations on the Charter, Ilaitia Tuisese said the team has always managed to force their way in, so it's not surprising that they'll be visiting the province.
The consultation process on the Draft People's Charter has started today.
