The Naitasiri rugby team is the new holders of the Farebrother Sullivan trophy after they beat Northland 17-15 this afternoon at Ratu Cakobau park.

The hillmen had to come from behind to win the prestigious trophy in Fiji's rugby history after they were downed 5-nil at halftime.

Rupeni Luveniyali the younger brother of national 15's rep Wise Luveniyali was the hero of the side after kicking two conversions and the winning penalty.

Naitasiri scored two tries and a penalty kick in the second half to win the game against Northland 17-15 who only kept the Farebrother for a week after winning it from Tailevu last week.

Nadi is next on the list for new holder Naitasiri next Saturday.
