Police are expected to lay charges against a man later this afternoon who allegedly shot an 18 year old carpenter of Nadroga with a nail gun.
Divisional Crime Officer Western, SP Vijay Singh confirms that the person is in Sigatoka Police custody and charges will be laid this afternoon and the suspect will be produced in court tomorrow.
It is alleged that the suspect, who is a work mate, saw the victim smoking Marijuana and without saying anything shot the nail gun at the victim.
The 18 year old who sustained serious injuries on his right shoulder is still admitted at Lautoka hospital.
