Fiji born Api Naikatini who plays for the Hurricanes Development team is eyeing a spot in the National 15s team to the Rugby World Cup.
Naikatini who was part of the side that beat the Fiji Warriors 27-13 in the last round of the New Zealand Series in the Pacific Rugby Cup said that he is keeping his options open.
Speaking on his showdown with the local boys, the Navosa villager said he was rearing to take on the challenge and is not ruling out donning the national jumper.
Meanwhile, Samoa A are currently leading the PRC after two wins in Australia and a win in New Zealand and puts them five points clear at the top of the points table.
In the next Pacific Island Series, the Fiji Warriors will be facing off with Tonga A at Churchill Park this weekend at 3.30pm.
