Naidu found guilty of seven counts
Commissioner John Connors has ordered that Naidu has to undertake not less than 10 hours of training in legal education in Fiji, New Zealand or Australia and the education should be adhered to by June 2011.
Commissioner Connors also ordered that Naidu has to pay a fine of $1,500 to the Commission within one month and failure to do so will result in his practicing certificate to be suspended.
Naidu has also been ordered to pay $1,428 as witness expenses within one month.
He also ruled that by consent, Naidu has to prepare necessary execution documents for transfer of a quarter acre of land to a complainant and to pay for survey cost which is to be conducted within six months.
Commissioner Connors added that the chief Registrar is to supervise the orders.
Meanwhile Naidu's lawyer, Tupou Draunidalo made an application for a stay on the ruling.
However, Commissioner Connors in reply told Draunidalo to make the application for stay before him on the 13th of next month at 10am.
