All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has seen crocked wing Waisake Naholo after his supposed “miracle” treatment in Fiji, and admits the Highlanders sensation is now a consideration for the Rugby World Cup.

Hansen and his All Blacks squad disperse for a fortnight before the World Cup squad announcement on the 30th of this month, and do so with a decided spring in their step after walloping the Wallabies 41‑13 at Eden Park last night.

Hansen confirmed at the team hotel in Auckland on Sunday that Naholo, who fractured his fibula on debut against Argentina last month, was now a possibility to make that squad.

Meanwhile, Fiji is pooled with Wales, Australia, England and Uruguay in the Rugby World Cup.

Fiji will play England in Twickenham in the opening match at 7am Saturday the 19th of next month.
