Digicel Fiji Sevens team forward Nemani Nagusa has been ruled out of the next leg of the IRB Sevens Series.
Nagusa did not join the National Sevens training squad and has opted out of the Scotland and England tournaments.
Assistant coach Etuate Waqa said they have a backup who can do better.
The 12 member National Sevens team to Scotland and England will be named next Wednesday.
The Scotland Sevens will be held on the 6th and 7th of next month.
